Logistics & Supply Chain Management Trainer

Key Responsibilities :
• Plan and coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation (invoices, e-way bills, delivery
challans, GRN, etc.)
• Track shipments and resolve delays or operational issues
• Maintain inventory records and ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Analyse logistics costs and suggest process improvements
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
Responsibilities
- understanding of logistics and supply chain
- Knowledge of transportation modes
- Basic understanding of GST
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software/ERP systems
- problem-solving skills
Must Have
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree
- Strong Logistics Knowledge
- Good Presentation Skill
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Good Communication Skills
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Experience delivering training to large groups
- Strong analytical skills
